Treat yourself and give a listen to these podcasts on "The Weekly Quarantine" hosted by Daughter #1. She interviews a variety of guests, several of whom I am quite fond of. They offer some wonderful advice and perspective on what life is like "inside" during this most unusual year.

There are ten episodes so far, ranging in length from a half hour to an hour. The great thing about a podcast, if you are new to them as I was, is that you can start and stop in whatever way works for you and can listen to them on a variety of devices anytime.
