Kim Montelaro was brutally raped and murdered in 1976 by Christopher Righetti, who was convicted in the 20-year-old's death a year later. When he was 16, Righetti abducted Kim Montelaro in the parking lot of the Paramus Park mall on the morning of August 31st. He then raped and stabbed her before dumping her body in the woods of Washington Township, leaving her to slowly bleed to death.
Kim was a 1974 graduate of Immaculate Heart Academy. She was two years behind me when I attended IHA and was a fellow student of my sister.
This was not the first time he raped a young woman. Kim was his third victim. He should have been locked up after the first and never released.
Her murderer does not deserve parole.
Please help insure that he never gets released.
