It's arrived!
A ceramic poppy - one of 888,246 hand made poppies for the art installation,
"Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red" at the Tower of London.
They were on display between 5th August and 11th November 2014 to commemorate the centenary of the start of the First World War in 1914.
This is the box it arrived in.
This is the certificate of authenticity and a booklet describing how the poppies were made, the military charities their sale is supporting and photos of the finished display.
And this is our poppy, which we are proudly displaying in a potted "peace lily."
