Type up a list of your family members' information: 

List the name, birthdate, Doctor's name and phone number, allergy information and medications of each family member.

List the names and phone numbers of Emergency contacts.

Print several copies. Post a copy prominently on your refrigerator. Place a copy in your wallet. 
(And in theirs.)

Easy Peasy.
 Important and very helpful basic information to have at hand in an emergency.
